3rd Annual Cancers for A Cause: Where Music Meets Fashion For A Cure

Last Night, July 21, 2010, was the 3rd Annual Cancers for A Cause: Where Music Meets Fashion For A Cure. Music Producer, Polow Da Don is co-founder of Foundation F.O.C.U.S, which puts on this event each year to promote cancer awareness. Multiple celebs who have been affected in some way by a form of cancer were in attendance. R&B artist, Keri Hilson was hosting the event where she shared her story about how cancer has had a impact in relation to her life. Along with Keri Hilson, others attended include, Michelle Williams, Lloyd, Lance Gross, and many more. The fashion show included designers who have had cancer affect someone in their life in which encouraged them to team up with Foundation F.O.C.U.S to put on this amazing event.

T.I. & B.o.B X Complex Magazine

T.I. X Jose` Parla`

For their August/September issue, Complex Magazine chose to do two covers but using different artist to embody the artist's personal style and swagger. Complex hand picked Brooklyn artist Jose` Parla to do T.I.'s cover shoot. T.I., whose new album, King Uncaged, will be released some time in August will be his first album since his release from prison. He already has two hit singles from the album already, "I'm Back" and "Got Your Back" Ft. Keri Hilson.

B.o.B X Todd "REAS" James

Complex picked long time and faithful photographer to the magazine, Todd "REAS" James to create this quirky cover for the new artist. B.o.B is an upcoming artist on T.I.'s label Grand Hustle and he's making his mark on the game early as he makes his way to being on the top of the charts.

New Hobby??

So....I'm a easy learner and always trying to learn something new. I've decided that i wanted to learn how to sew and make clothes. Yall know i have a heavy interest in all aspects of fashion. But i want a career in PR, a fashion public relations specialist to be exact : ) I absolutely love being creative and I'm a tactful person. Anywho, Im adding onto to list of hobbies with sewing and making clothes!

I am the newest addition to The Creation Fashion Academy! Im only doing a volunteering this fall but I would gain sooo much knowledge about the fashion industry working with them. The Creation Fashion Academy is a nonprofit organization which helps the youth get their foot in the door in the Fashion Industry. We help with internship opportunities, scholarships, and networking. Our students graduate with a sense of knowledge about the multiple fields in fashion and help them achieve their goals and aspirations. Okay so, every since the NBA Finals have been over it has been huge speculation on what team LeBron James would go to. It was between his home team the Cleveland Cavaliers, Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, and Miami Heat. So tonite, James finally made his decision where he said, "I’m going to take my talents to South Beach and I’m going to the Miami Heat..." Miami is gonna be too hot this upcoming season !
