On New Year's Eve, Kanye West made his debut as  "YeezyWorldPeace" at 1OAK at the Mirage in Las Vegas! 

I am beyond speechless. Kanye West is my favorite artist of all time. Starting as a producer, West acquired fame by producing tracks for artists such a Jay-Z, The Neptunes, and many more. Then he transitioned into becoming the artist himself and achieved even more success. Now that he is taking DJing gigs, he marks another item off of his To-Do List.

Lotus Flower Bomb!

Following the release of his first album titled, Ambition, Wale released a video for one the singles from the album. Lotus Flower Bomb featuring. Miguel  is one of the hottest songs of the fall and has received numerous hits on YouTube as well as awesome radio play across the U.S. The video stars model, Bre Scullark, best known from being a contestant on America's Next Top Model. The story line follows one similiar to the movie, Poetic Justice, starring Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur. It's a pretty fly video and very sensual. Great job Wale!

Take Care has LEAKED!!!!

                          Take Care, the highly anticipated second album from Drake has been leaked! Initially, the album was supposed to be released on his birthday, October 24, 2011, however due to fact that he created this album in his hometown of Toronto, it would have not been finished on time. Drake pushed the date back to be November 15, 2011. Over the past weekend, the album leaked and was posted on hulkshare.com. Since then, the file has been removed from the site. Drake has dropped numerous tracks from Take Care over the last couple of months. Such as Marvin's Room, Trust Issues, Free Spirit Ft. Rick Ross just to name a few.

I do apologize that I have gone for too long! I just transferred to my new school in August. Plus I'm a junior and this is the most crucial year of my college career. School has swamped my life and that's how it should be. But I am back and I will be blogging daily. Well, I'll try too.

3rd Annual Cancers for A Cause: Where Music Meets Fashion For A Cure

Last Night, July 21, 2010, was the 3rd Annual Cancers for A Cause: Where Music Meets Fashion For A Cure. Music Producer, Polow Da Don is co-founder of Foundation F.O.C.U.S, which puts on this event each year to promote cancer awareness. Multiple celebs who have been affected in some way by a form of cancer were in attendance. R&B artist, Keri Hilson was hosting the event where she shared her story about how cancer has had a impact in relation to her life. Along with Keri Hilson, others attended include, Michelle Williams, Lloyd, Lance Gross, and many more. The fashion show included designers who have had cancer affect someone in their life in which encouraged them to team up with Foundation F.O.C.U.S to put on this amazing event.

T.I. X Jose` Parla`

For their August/September issue, Complex Magazine chose to do two covers but using different artist to embody the artist's personal style and swagger. Complex hand picked Brooklyn artist Jose` Parla to do T.I.'s cover shoot. T.I., whose new album, King Uncaged, will be released some time in August will be his first album since his release from prison. He already has two hit singles from the album already, "I'm Back" and "Got Your Back" Ft. Keri Hilson.

B.o.B X Todd "REAS" James

Complex picked long time and faithful photographer to the magazine, Todd "REAS" James to create this quirky cover for the new artist. B.o.B is an upcoming artist on T.I.'s label Grand Hustle and he's making his mark on the game early as he makes his way to being on the top of the charts.
